Founded in 2002, we partner with Businesses, Property Managers, Owners, Asset Managers, Homeowners Associations, and Municipalities throughout California, Colorado, Arizona, New Mexico, Alaska, Texas and Oregon (this was missing a space) to preserve, maintain and construct their properties. Steel City has over 50+ years of combined service in the Maintenance and Construction Industry. The extensive experience from porters, janitorial, superintendents, developers, project managers, engineers, and others. There is a team member that has experience with your project and if not, we will refer to a firm or partner who does.
